Truvio is committed to safeguarding the security and privacy of personal
information for our Users and their contacts. This Privacy Policy outlines how
Truvio collects, uses, shares, and processes personal information. Terms not
defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the Truvio Terms of Service.
By accepting the Truvio Privacy Policy and/or using our Services, you
consent to the collection, use, sharing, and processing of personal information
as described herein. If you provide us with personal information about someone
else, you confirm that they are aware of this and consent to our use of their
information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You may opt-out at any time
to prevent further use of shared information via email.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
1.1 USER PROFILE
When you create a user profile on Truvio, we collect information such as
your first name, last name, and phone number. Optionally, you may provide
additional information like a photo, gender, age, street address, zip code,
country of residence, email address, professional website, Facebook page,
Twitter handle, and a brief status message. We may supplement this with
demographic information and publicly available contact details from third
parties.
1.2 COLLECTED INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT
When you install and use Truvio, we collect personal information from you
and your devices to facilitate interaction with our Services. This may include:
- Your phone number
- Geo-location data
- IP address
- Device ID or unique identifier
- Device details such as
manufacturer, type, and settings
- SIM card usage
- Installed applications
- Advertising identifiers
- Operating system and web browser

- Network operator details
- Connection details

- Service usage details like

Some information collected, such as usage statistics, may not
individually identify you and is treated as non-personal information under this

You may link your Truvio profile with third-party services like social
networks or payment services to enhance your user experience. This may involve
sharing personal information stored by these services with Truvio, in
accordance with this Privacy Policy and your privacy settings with those
services.
1.4 CONTACT INFORMATION
If Truvio is obtained from sources other than standard app stores, you
may share contact information from your address book (names, numbers, email
addresses, etc.) with us. For apps from app stores, we do not share user
contact information with third parties or for commercial purposes.
Additionally, if you activate third-party services like social networks
within Truvio, we may collect and use identifiers associated with those
services to improve user interaction.
1.4.3 INFORMATION UPLOADED BY YOU
You have the option to upload and share information, including collected
contact details, as content ("Content") within Truvio. This may
include profile information or other content.
All Content shared by you is accessible to us and other Truvio users. We
collect and process this Content to improve our Services, develop features, and
enhance user relationships.
2. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1 PROVIDE, IMPROVE AND PERSONALIZE OUR SERVICES
Truvio uses collected personal information to provide, maintain, improve,
analyze, and personalize our Services. This includes features such as caller
identification and messaging functionality.
2.2 STATISTICAL DATA FROM THE SERVICES
We use aggregated or anonymized personal information for statistical and
analytical purposes, which may be shared with third parties.
2.3 PERSONALIZE OUR ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATIONS
We may use personal information to provide location-based and
interest-based advertising, measure advertising effectiveness, and send you
marketing messages or special offers related to Truvio or our partners.
2.4 COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND FRAUD PREVENTION
Truvio may use personal information to comply with laws, enforce
agreements, protect rights and safety, verify user profiles, ensure technical
functionality, troubleshoot, and prevent fraud or illegal activities.

In addition to sharing information as part of our Services functionality,
Truvio may disclose personal information:

4. ACCOUNT DELETION
You have the right to request deletion of your Truvio account. Deleting
your account will remove your account information, profile photo, and any
interactions stored on our servers. Please note that deleting the Truvio app
from your device without using our in-app "Delete my account" feature
may retain your information for a longer period. Deletion of your account does
not affect information other users have about you, such as their copy of your

5. DELISTING OF CONTACT INFORMATION AND OPT-OUT OF AD TARGETING
Users can disable Enhanced Search Functionality to prevent their contact
information from being searchable on Truvio. Users who wish to opt-out of ad
targeting can do so by contacting us via email.
6. INFORMATION SECURITY AND TRANSFER
Truvio transfers, processes, and stores personal information globally,
including in countries with different data protection laws. We take reasonable
measures to protect personal information but acknowledge no method of
transmission over the internet is entirely secure.
7. ACCESSING AND UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal
information held by Truvio. We may also update information proactively or upon
your request.
8. MINORS
Truvio services are not intended for individuals below the age of consent
in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
minors without parental consent.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Truvio may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes
will be communicated through notifications or within our Services. Your
continued use of Truvio after such updates constitutes acceptance of the
revised Privacy Policy.

Truvio uses cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience,
analyze usage, enhance security, and serve targeted advertisements. By using
our Services, you consent to the use of cookies as described in our Cookie
